build: Display options and turn DOC/EXAMPLE OFF (#661)

Browse Source 
- Add `FTXUI_QUIET` to stop displaying FTXUI configuration messages.
- Turn `FTXUI_BUILD_DOC` and `FTXUI_BUILD_EXAMPLE` OFF by default
- Display the list of options.
