Add decorator variants for decorator components
Add the "pipe" operator for components, similar to what was done for Elements.
We are able to put something like:
```
Button(...) | Maybe(&show_button)
```
Add decorators for:
- `Maybe`
- `CatchEvent`
- `Renderer`
