* Improvements/Fixes for gdl, plplot and graphicsmagick

* gdl:
  * variants:
    * openmp
    * be explicit about enabling/disabling x11
  * dependencies:
    * logic for plplot with/without wx
    * some previously missing (where being picked up from the system)

* graphicsmagick: previously missing dependencies (where being picked up from the system)

* plplot: more versions + variants + dependencies
