ForTrilinos: new versions 2.0.1, 2.1.0 (#32265)

* ForTrilinos: new versions 2.0.1, 2.1.0

I also had to update the checksum for the released 2.0.0: see #32000 for
the explanation and solution to keep this from happening again.
