* Add more docker base image configurations.
- Renamed configs
- "centos" -> "centos-7"
- "fedora" -> "fedora-24"
- "opensuse" -> "opensuse-tumbleweed"
- "scilinux" -> "scilinux-7"
- "ubuntu" -> "ubuntu-1804"
- Added configs
