Seth R. Johnson 3fb5c13983 googletest: add v1.11 and "live at head", keep v1.10 the default (#24290) ... Ideally a test-only dependency won't be in the build, but until then mark the requirement of gtest up to 1.10. See e4s job failure at https://gitlab.spack.io/spack/spack/-/jobs/349959 .
