The current `mkdir {{ paths.environment }}` will generate an error if:
* `{{ paths.environment }}` already exists, or
* `{{ paths.environment }}` is nested in non-existing dirs.
Adding `-p` to the command will make this robust to both possibilities.
Set noclobber bash option when writing manifest.
