bernhardkaindl 7189a69c70 rivet: Fix of build and tests on Ubuntu 18.04 w/ version bump (#26152) ... When using Ubuntu's gcc-8.4.0 on Ubuntu 18.04 to compile rivet-3.1.3, compilation errors related to UnstableParticles(), "UFS" show up. Compilation with this compiler is fixed in rivet-3.1.4, adding it.
