Harmen Stoppels 890ec8d71c traverse: w/o deptype (#42345) ... Add the empty deptype `spack.deptypes.NONE`. Test the case `traverse_nodes(deptype=spack.deptypes.NONE)` to not traverse dependencies, only de-duplicate.
