* DependencySpec: add virtuals attribute on edges

This works for both the new and the old concretizer. Also,
added type hints to involved functions.

* Improve virtual reconstruction from old format

* Reconstruct virtuals when reading from Cray manifest

* Reconstruct virtual information on test dependencies
