Michael Kuhn eefff81289 otf: specify zlib prefix explicitly (#27491) ...

This causes `otfconfig` to also list zlib's library directory.
Otherwise, `-lz` cannot be found. Also remove `--with-zlibsymbols`,
which doesn't seem to be supported anymore.
